Гостевая комната-зал ( стол, телевизор, двуспальный диван), 2 раздельные спальни (две двуспальные кровати ) , кухня (холодильник, плита «умная» газовая -4 комфорки, духовка, вытяжка, чайник, микровалновка, турка для кофе, кастрюли, сковородки), посуда на 6 человек.
Туалет совмещен с душевой кабиной(раковина с зеркалом, фен, стиральная машина).
Отопление, регулируемые тёплые полы. На территории участка мангал, шампура, решётки, дрова.
