Advantages:

Останавливались на ночь по дороге в Кировск. Бесконтактно заселились. Всё оперативно. Парковка прямо под окнами. Хозяйка всегда на связи

Disadvantages:

Можно обновить постельное бельё поновее. Квартира не новая, но уютная. Лифт отсутствует, но это во всех пятиэтажках думаю
